We have extensive experience of multi-departmental facilities in both the Acute and Primary healthcare fields. We are skilled in prioritising and managing end user aspirations, and have developed a pragmatic approach to stakeholder coordination. This prevents the promotion of unrealistic proposals and maintains the clients confidence in our ability to deliver the optimum solution. We are conversant with design quality standards (AEDET) and we have a thorough knowledge of the relevant guidelines (NHS, CABE, BREEAM).

Having worked on both end user client teams and preferred bidder teams, we can offer a balanced view in the decision making process. This promotes a true team ethos when working in partnerships between public and private sector organisations.
